However, with our comprehensive screening, we can check for any retinal issues, dry eye, glaucoma, cataracts, pink eye, hypertension, and even diabetes. Myopia Control – All children are at risk for developing myopia or nearsightedness, however environmental and genetic factors like having 1 or 2 nearsighted parents can increase the risk of developing nearsightedness. We can slow the progression of nearsightedness through three scientifically-backed control methods: orthokeratology (corneal reshaping contact lenses), soft bifocal contact lenses, and atropine eye drops.
