Dr. Marcia Moore has been a valuable part of our team since 2008. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin, as a member of Phi Beta Kappa honors society, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology with High Honors. You may recognize her she was an intern at BFEC during her final year of optometry school! Since joining Bellaire Family Eye Care as a doctor, Dr. Moore also set up an office in Weimar, Texas that provided diagnostic testing and vision therapy similar to our own clinic in Bellaire. Dr. Moore has experience in the diagnosis and management of corneal and retinal eye diseases, including dry eyes, glaucoma, and diabetic retinopathy.

Dr. Moore and her husband Brian are proud Houstonians. They welcomed their first child, Harper Leigh, in December 2009 and are busy enjoying every second with their beautiful baby girl. They also enjoy any activity that gets them outside, including gardening and playing with their dog, Chip.
